Mission Statement
Ensure learning and individual achievement for every student.
Visitors Policy
Visitors are welcome on school property, provided their presence will not be disruptive. All visitors must initially report to the front office at door number one and provide a valid photo I.D. Any person wishing to confer with a staff member must contact that staff member by telephone to make an appointment. Conferences with teachers are held outside school hours or during the teacher's conference/preparation period.
- All visitors must sign in and out.
- All visitors must wear a name tag.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Visits to Classroom
Please contact your student’s teacher to make plans for a classroom visit. This will ensure that the class is in the room, rather than at a special class such as P.E., or that the students are not involved in testing procedures when you arrive.
Our teaching assistants who supervise on the playgrounds have been advised to call the office if any adult other than a Hunt Club staff member is on the playground while students are present.
Visits at Lunchtime
Because of the number of Hunt Club students, and the limited space we have for use as a cafeteria, we are no longer allowing visitors to eat with the students. You are allowed to take your child outside the building for their forty minute lunch period for a special occasion.
